Visit Local Nursing Homes

Our volunteers regularly serve in local nursing homes by spending quality time with residents through conversation, games, fellowship, and encouragement. We also provide thoughtful gifts during holidays and special occasions to brighten their day.

Deliver Food to Homebound Seniors

For seniors who are unable to travel, we provide food deliveries so they continue receiving the support they need even when they cannot visit our center.

Build Lasting Relationships

Our mission goes beyond meeting physical needs. We intentionally create opportunities for companionship, friendship, and fellowship with seniors who may otherwise feel isolated or forgotten.

Celebrate Their Legacy

Throughout the year, S.O.W. CARES honors senior citizens through special events that celebrate their lives and contributions, including the Annual Legacy Ball.

Why It Matters

Many seniors face challenges that extend beyond financial need. Loneliness, isolation, declining health, and limited family support can make everyday life difficult. Through simple acts of kindness, meaningful conversations, and practical assistance, we help seniors experience connection, purpose, and hope.
